Our Mission

The mission of Access to Success (ATS) is to provide personalized and individualized support necessary to enable individuals with disabilities to grow with confidence and take part in community life. Access to Success outlook is based on the goal that every individual has the right to live in the community or setting of their desire without limitations or deprivation from the community based on inherited disability.

Our Vision

ATS pursues to improve the quality of life for each participant receiving its services. ATS will strive to assist and develop his or her capabilities through a fully integrated program based on individual needs, capabilities, and preferences within the community.

ATS History

Access to Success (ATS) is a service program that provides personalized and individualized support to individuals with disabilities in the San Diego area. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for each participant in our program by developing their capabilities through a fully integrated program based on their individual needs, capabilities, and preferences within the community. Our approach is tailored to each client's Personal Support Plan (PSP) to empower them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
